• Respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior.
• Avoid creating multiple accounts, impersonating others, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

All public activities, such as crowdfunding campaigns and feedback submissions, are visible to promote transparency. However, private user data will be handled securely and confidentially.

While using OneOnly, you are prohibited from:

• Uploading or sharing content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Open-Source and SDK Usage

• OneOnly is built on open-source technologies. We may provide SDKs and APIs for third-party integration. By using these tools, you agree to comply with our developer guidelines and not misuse the provided utilities. OneOnly is not liable for third-party services integrated through our SDKs.

9. Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) Governance

• The platform’s operations are guided by DAO principles, allowing community participation in decision-making processes. Users may have the opportunity to vote on governance proposals. Participation is voluntary, and users are encouraged to review proposal details before voting.

10. Limitation of Liability

• OneOnly provides the platform "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform’s features. OneOnly is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform or its services.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to freeze your account and initiate an investigation if you violate these Terms. Depending on the outcome, we may suspend or terminate your access to OneOnly. You may also request to terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Changes to Terms

• OneOnly may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of OneOnly after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
